Welcome to New Designs Charter School's photography ordering platform. By accessing, browsing, purchasing, downloading, or using any photographs, digital images, products, or services offered through this website, you agree to these Terms of Service.

1. Photography Products

New Designs Charter School may offer:

Student portraits
Event photographs
Team photographs
Graduation photographs
Digital image downloads
Printed photographs
Other photography-related products

All products are subject to availability.

2. All Sales Final

Due to the customized nature of photography products and digital image delivery:

All sales are final.

No refunds, exchanges, cancellations, or credits will be provided once an order has been placed and payment has been processed.

Exceptions may be made only for verified printing defects or delivery errors.

3. Digital Image Licensing

Purchase of a digital image grants the purchaser a limited personal-use license.

Purchase does not transfer ownership or copyright.

All images remain the property of New Designs Charter School and/or its authorized photographer.

Images may not be:

Resold
Shared commercially
Used for advertising
Used for AI training or image generation
Altered for harmful or misleading purposes
Used to harass, embarrass, or target any student

Additional restrictions may apply as described in the Digital Image License Agreement.

4. Student Protection

The safety, dignity, and privacy of students are a priority.

Images obtained through this platform may not be used to:

Bully or harass students
Create memes or defamatory content
Create fake social media profiles
Misrepresent students
Generate AI-created content using student images
Engage in any activity that may reasonably cause harm to a student

Violations may result in license termination and other remedies available under applicable law.

5. Order Accuracy

Customers are responsible for ensuring that:

Contact information is correct
Email addresses are accurate
Order selections are reviewed before purchase

New Designs Charter School is not responsible for customer-entered errors.

6. Website Availability

We make reasonable efforts to maintain website availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access.

Services may be modified, suspended, or discontinued at any time without notice.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, New Designs Charter School shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of this website or photography products.
